Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own 72,000 m² production base in Shandong, China — including metal shell, energy storage and liquid-cooled supercharging workshops.
What is your typical delivery time?
Standard products are usually scheduled around 15–30 days after advance payment. Custom or large-volume orders are confirmed case by case during quotation.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. We support custom enclosure, color, packaging, software UI, PCB-level changes and target-market certifications. Send your samples or technical drawings.
What about quality and warranty?
We have dedicated R&D and assembly teams, with inspection and delivery testing built into production. Warranty and online technical support are arranged by product and order terms.
Which standards do you support?
GB/T 18487 / 20234 / 27930 / 34657 by default, with CCS2, CCS1 and Type 2 variants. OCPP 1.6 supported on chargers — connects to any operator platform.
What payment terms do you accept?
